error accessing ReportServer link

Hi,

Today I accessed my ReportServer link and I found this follow error: "The request resource is not available."

I have never seen this error before. Any ideas?

what reportserver version are you using exactly? And do you have any error in the tomcat error logs ?

Hi eduardo, sorry for the delay.

Servlet Engine: Apache Tomcat/7.0.39

The .exe file shows "ReportServer RS2.2-5639"

Hi Matheus Pires,

can you pls post a screenshot of your reportserver? RS2.2-5639 is a *very* old version, can you pls double check this? where exactly do you see the version?

You should also have other logs, in catalina.out or reportserver*.log, pls also check this
