Pivot of Dynamic List Error

I have hooked up my database, created my SQL statements for my dynamic lists, aggregated, and saved my pre-filtered dynamic list.
Then when I go to pivot my list i get the error: "HTTP Status 500 - Internal Server Error"

type "exception report"

the message "Java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class mondrian.olap.util"

description "the server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request"

then there is a long exception and root cause log that says it could not initialize the "mondrian.olap.util"


My question is; what have i missed in preparing my report for pivot and chart creation?
i am using the enterprise edition of reportserver and postgresql and firebird sql databases.

Hi rand_arc,

please post the following information:
1. your complete reportserver version (rsversion.properties)
2. the complete error log (the long exception you mention)
3. screenshots. you can use http://imgbb.com for posting screenshots
4. did this happen with postgresql OR with firebird?

are you still having this problem? can you please try with a clean bitnami installation and for the moment only test with postgresql datasources?

Yes i am still having this issue,

I have been trying any variation of things i can think of, however i am finding no luck

I reinstalled my reportserver on a brand new bitnami installation, and tried pivoting just the postgresql data reports i have.

apologies for the delay, this problem has presented a wall and i have been put this aside for other projects.

The same error as before appears when i attempt to pivot a report.

If you have any advice of where to check for an error i made along the way, i always appreciate the assistance.
