Hello Mina,
I think i got the solution you search for.
What you need to do is three-fold:
1.a You need to configure yourself a SMTP Email Server with your credentials.
1.b Click on "Test Datasink" to test your configuration
2.a You need to connect your SMTP Email Server with the default definition of a Datasink for ReportServer.
2.b You can find this in FileServer Root -> etc -> datasinks -> datasinks.cf
3. Open the Terminal (CTRL+ALT+T) and type in the command line "config reload" or restart reportserver to load the altered reportserver configuration
It looks basically like this:
1.
2.Please use our documentation as a guide for the configuration but in short it could look like this here:
Do not forget to always click apply and to type in the terminal window "config reload" after you have done the config part via the datasinks.cf or restart reportserver to load the altered reportserver configuration.
Regards,
Mario
