Failure in first clean install

HI

Try to install reportserver on Windows 2016 box
JAVA version 1.8.0_341
MariaDB - 10.9.3
Tomcat 8.5

The reportserver log stack in this line

Hi Amos,

newer versions of reportserver need java 11, pls try with a java 11 environment.
