`${now}` Date format gives 12-hour time instead of 24-hour time

I am scheduling a report to be sent at 3pm and set the export file name to be "...${now}". However, rather than showing "202206021510", the result is "202206020310", which implies 3am instead of 3pm.

How could I resolve this issue?
