Hi,
We have different groups of people accessing reportsever, so each group can create their own teamspace and share report templates with other members in that group. so while adding member in the teamspace it is showing all the users irrespective of groups.
So is there any way we can restrict users like while adding member it should show only the users belong to that particular group instead of showing other group users.

Hi Krishna,
Teamspaces do not "belong" to a specific group or OU, so when an TeamSpace-administrator wants to add users to a TeamSpace, the TeamSpace-administrator sees all users the TeamSpace-administrator actually is allowed to see in ReportServer.
What you can do is to restrict the users the Teamspace-Administrator is able to see. You can achieve this with permissions on specific users/groups/OUs, here you have more information on this:

Specifically, your TeamSpace-Administrator should only have "read" permissions on the users/groups/OUs the TeamSpace-administrator should be allowed to see.

yes, check the output_format_auth and output_format_default properties. These properties allow on report and variant level to define - and restrict - the output formats and the output default of a given variant. Check https://reportserver.net/en/guides/admi … roperties/ for further details.
