the demo system is intended to be used by demoadmin / demoadmin, so it is working as expected.
What passwords are you using for the users you mention ?

this is only happening with the online demo. I just downloaded the Bitnami installer package, installed it, and I can log in correctly with the users you mention.
Please download our bitnami installer package for your platform: https://bitnami.com/stack/reportserver- … /installer
After 5-10 minutes installation you should be able to log in with the users you mention.
Regarding the online demo, I raised ticket RS-3870 for looking into this, but you should be able to test the system with the bitnami package I mention.
