Excel download of large file approx above 35 mb gets stopped

Hi Team,

We have found a strange issue, on year end we were trying to get excel output of full year's data, the report got executed and file started getting download, we could see % of download increasing in status bar of Chrome browser. Around 35 mb it stopped. We already know the number of rows limiation of excel, but in that case the error message is different and here there is no error message, it just stops downloading.

Please suggest if any setting or log from which we can know root cause of such issue.

Hi Bhavesh,

how much time passes since you click the button to download and the download starts?

Have you also checked the tomcat logs ? You should find some error message there.
