Scheduled report is running, but not found in Scheduler

I had a scheduled job that was set up to run the first of the month. I've removed the job in the scheduler, but it still runs and sends email.
1) The job does not appear in the Scheduler section.
2) The job does not appear in the list when I use the terminal to get a list of jobs via "scheduler list"

I am investigating this issue and created the RS-2857 ticket for this purpose. I will update here when I have more information.
