Hi All,

I've created a scheduler (running in every hour) in ReportServer, which exports my report into a TeamSpace in format pdf.
My question is, that how can I download the exported pdf automatically to my filesystem. Is there any way like acces to it by URL?

Hi Gadge,

the best way i can think of is to activate the built in sftp server that provides access to the teamspace and to the saved *.pdf files. You access the rs object tree in the same way as with the terminal. You find the teamspaces here: /tsreport/MyTeamSpaceName and below that the folders, reports and your *pdf's.

To use the sftp server you have to cnfigure it. You find more information here:

You could also think of a script that does the job ...
