Not able to view Scheduled reports

Hi Team,
            I have a SuperUser who schedules a report and all the common users should be able to view and execute  the scheduled reports . But the User is not able to view the scheduled reports by the SuperUser . I checked on with the permissions. Both have been allotted the same permissions still unable to view the scheduled reports by common user.

Kindly provide assistance on the same.

Hi Gaurav,

does it work when you do not use a super user but a regular admin ? you only see the reports that you have scheduled yourself to others or that others have scheduled to you. Look for the buttons with the inward and outward pounting arrows. Also check whether the users have persmission to access the scheduler module. Check here: Administration/ Permission / Scheduler. Users beeing allowed to see the scheduler have to be represented there ! Either explicitly (not good), via an ou (better) or via a group (good).
