Date Parameter in Exported File

Hi, We are building a Reporting System for our Client using RS. In a query to view the Data punched by the user, i have used parameters for start date and end date to select the data within this time limit, now i want this to be displayed in the exported report as well either by means of some heading/description or any way so the the user at its end can directly come to know the time frame of that data. I need suggestions for this.

Thanks in Advance.

Re: Date Parameter in Exported File

Hi shivam,

to do this out of the box use a jxls template based on a dynamic list or a jxls report depending on the fate of the report, i.e. the expected frequency of change and the number of different variants of the dynamic list. Remember a jxls template on a dynamic list sits on a single variant of the dynamic list !
In the template you of course can display your parameters and whatever else information as report header:

might give you an idea.
