Accessing report parameters in Dashboard from static HTML Dadget?

Is there a way to access the dashboard parameters from a static HTML Dadget? We have dashboards where the user can set the "client_name" report parameter, which is used by all the reports in the dashboard. I want to crate a static HTML Dadget, which is going to have some javascript in it which retrieves data, but needs the value of "client_name". Does ReportServer store this report parameters in cookies or local storage? If so, where?

that will be probably possible in 3.1. It is implemented in ticket RS-2394.
