After downloading reports alignment of record is improper.

which reports are you talking about? Dynamic lists? Jasperreport? And what do you mean "alignment of record is improper"?

I was talking about Dynamic List Reports
When i select 12 columns or more to display in reports it takes equal space for each columns due to which records look inefficient
I just want to know can we adjust columns space or it is predefined

Hi kirti,
for the preview view, you can customize the column widths of the dynamic lists by adding a "report property" with key "preview:columnwidth" and values specifying the widths as a semmicolon-separated list, e.g.:
last_name:100;first_name:500
So the column last_name will have a width of 100 and first_name of 500.
