Hello Friends,
I have configured the mail.cf as below
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<configuration>
<smtp>
<host>smtp.gmail.com</host>
<port>25</port>
<username>hvupadhye@gmail.com</username>
<password>*******</password>
<ssl>true</ssl>
<tls>
<enable>false</enable>
<require>false</require>
</tls>
</smtp>
<mail>
<sender>rs@datenwerke.net</sender>
<forceSender>false</forceSender>
<encryptionPolicy>allow_mixed</encryptionPolicy>
</mail>
</configuration>
but on schedule execution I am getting following error

As the error message says: ReportServer cannot connect to gmail with the supplied configuration. There is some information on the connection settings of gmail on https://support.google.com/a/answer/176600?hl=en. Port 25 with ssl also looks a bit odd.
My guess is, that you would need something along these lines:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<configuration>
<smtp>
<host>smtp.gmail.com</host>
<port>587</port>
<username>hvupadhye@gmail.com</username>
<password>*******</password>
<ssl>false</ssl>
<tls>
<enable>true</enable>
<require>true</require>
</tls>
</smtp>
<mail>
<sender>rs@datenwerke.net</sender>
<forceSender>false</forceSender>
<encryptionPolicy>allow_mixed</encryptionPolicy>
</mail>
</configuration>
Also, you should change the <sender> address.
Hope this helps,
Arno

Thank you arno for your valuable support. I am trying to send mail to my domain. Here is my mail.cf after your suggestions.
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<configuration>
<smtp>
<host>smtp.****.com</host>
<port>587</port>
<username>manjeet.upadhye@****.com</username>
<password>******</password>
<ssl>false</ssl>
<tls>
<enable>true</enable>
<require>true</require>
</tls>
</smtp>
<mail>
<sender>manjeet.upadhye@****.com</sender>
<forceSender>false</forceSender>
<encryptionPolicy>allow_mixed</encryptionPolicy>
</mail>
</configuration>
But again I am getting error like this
java.lang.RuntimeException: javax.mail.MessagingException: STARTTLS is required but host does not support STARTTLS

Could you try <require>false</require>?

Thank you very much ! It's working with <require>false</require> configuration. Once again thank you for your valuable support.
