How to reduce verbosity log level on reportserver?

Hi,
I am noticing , even if I scheduled logrotate for the catalina.out log, it get bigs ( > 100 MB) in few hours over the day .
Since our scheduling is on daily basis we have to wait for the night before getting the file zipped.
I also noticed that reportserver log everything ,for example the query of reports called by URL.
So how can I decrease the verbosity of reportserver ? What file do i need to look on?

Please keep in mind that , from the tomcat point view, we did not apply any kind of logging routine, that's to say we have left its default configuration.

Thanks,

Alex

Re: How to reduce verbosity log level on reportserver?

Hi Alex,

my apologies for the late response. Logging is configured in the file log4j.properties (just google it for details on the format)
There are some issues with logging in the current release, so not everything can be turned of, but you should at least be able to reduce to number of messages to a reasonable amount.

Cheers,
Thorsten
