New users cannot login

Hi,
I'm trying to create new users, but for every type of user I create (admin or user),
when I try to login, it displays "Login attempt failed" message.
To be sure I didn't any error I use the same password of my admin user,
no user has permissions or other settings.
How can I fix it?

Hi,

my guess is that the user does not have the correct permissions. In order for a user to be able to log in, it needs to have the "ReportServer Access" right.
For this go to the administration module and then to "permission management". There you'll need to grant the user the execute right on "ReportServer Access".

Hi Arno,
thanks, the problem was that I believed that I already gave the grants into the "ReportServer Access",
but instead I accidentally configured the grants into the "Reportmanager" section.
It was just a silly mistake.
