Guide to creating requests

To process your requests, we usually need some additional information from you.
Here is a list of the key details we may require.
Please include this information with your request whenever possible:

  • RS Version

  • RS Edition (CE/EE)

  • Java Version

  • Tomcat Version

  • Database version

  • Minimal example/test case for reproduction

  • Reproduction instructions

    4. Actual result

  • Complete error messages

  • Images/videos are welcome (must be uploaded via a third-party provider)
