APACHE HTTPD Proxy for Reportserver

Hello,

I am rather new to Tomcat / Reportserver. I have a running server, I can connect to is by http://192.168.25.12:8080/reportserver. It runs like a charm. But what I want to do is that I want a HTTPD proxy to redirect it to above address. So i have a subdomain reportserver.domain.example.

If I make a configuration with a proxy and reverse proxy, the application breaks. Images are not shown and lots and lots of exceptions in the catalina.out file.

Is it at all possible to use an HTTPD server to proxy to this address?

Yes, it's possible to place a proxy server in front of the ReportServer.
