Unable to get enterprise license

We've paid for enterprise license and open ticket to request for license but got no response at all for 18 days,
I also tried to send email to reportserver@infofabrik.de but got no response either.
Are there any channel to contact support?

Thank you for reaching out to us. We appreciate your patience and would like to provide you with an update regarding your license request.

As mentioned in our previous email (dated 20.01.2025), we will be able to issue the license as soon as we have received your payment. We are pleased to confirm that your payment has been received yesterday. However, we are unable to proceed with issuing the license at this time as we are still awaiting the necessary server ID.

In our email from 20.01.2025, we kindly requested that you provide the server ID and included an image indicating where it can be found. Attached is the image again for your reference. We kindly ask that you send us the server ID so we can issue the license immediately.

For future reference, we would like to kindly remind you that we can only issue the license(s) once payment has been received (as mentioned in our previous correspondence). Until we have received the necessary information, we kindly ask that you refrain from submitting further inquiries or forum posts, as we do not have control over the timing of your payment or bank processing times. Additionally, please note that the license can only be issued once all the required information has been provided.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
