Documentation links not working

Links within the documentation text and forum messages are not working. They are redirect to the home page. I am viewing the documentation/forum in English

As an example, look at section 3.2.2 and click on the link for the haspermission command, it takes you to the home page.

The link URL id as follows and does not work:

The actual haspermission command URL is as follows:
