The ReportServer did not start after manual Win installation

Hello, after following the manual installation wizard and attempting to connect to localhost:8080/ReportServer.html, the browser displays error 404. Additionally, despite configuring the logger properties, the reportserver log is not being generated.

Hello,

Did you start the tomcat server ? If you dont see any logs that idicates to me that tomcat has not started the application.
