How to get scriptId for created groovy script on report server.

Steps I followed:
Created public folder under fileserver/bin.
Created groovy script file under public and marked public as web accessible.
Used id(7000) generated with fileserveraccess to construct scriptaccess url.
Tried accessing the url, but it throw me back with 404 not found.
Here is the url for same:
http://localhost/reportserver/reportserver/scriptAccess?id=7000

I might be picking wrong Id. Can you help me how to get scriptId.

Is this capability supported for both community and enterprise edition or only enterprise edition?

you will find the groovy file id in iternal FileServer.
