No SUM's in Saiku Reports After upgrade to RS 4.6 (from RS 4.3)

We upgraded RS from RS 4.3 to RS 4.6. Now we are modifying Saiku Report Variants, we can not get Sum of selected columns.

We are using Sub totals, Sum. After selecting the Sum option, the option is not activated.

Could you please answer, if this is a noted bug, or some settings are missing.

what do you mean with "the option is not activated"? can you pls post some screenshots?

Hi Eduardo,

after the upgrade to RS 4.6, we must recreate Saiku Reports Variants.

On one variant, we added Measures, Columns  and Rows.

We want to have a subtotal on selected row, we click on row, Select Sub totals (Sum) and then Ok. The Subtotal is not applied on report, and if we click on a row again, the Subtotal is set again to None - that was meant it is not activated.

Hi Nikolaj,

we cannot reproduce this issue. In our case, we see the grand total "sum" as shown in the following screenshot:

We used the "store sales" demo report for this.

Can you pls test with an empty, clean installation? You can use the demo data for this. This makes sure that your reportserver instance is not the cause of this issue.
