Hello,
I am getting the following error message on changing the SMTP configuration and sending report using Office 365 in ReportServer RS3.1.2-6022 (2020-04-01-15-17-05) Community Edition.

pls check if you are passing the recommended JVM parameters as explained here:
https://reportserver.net/en/tutorials/i … tice/#java
also pls make sure you see all JVM parameters in your RS Tomcat logs.
