I am setting up some Dynamic Lists (as administrator). Some SQLs work, but others give the error upon Execute or as a user, Select Columns. How do I fix this? Full error below

Hi iamcarolek,
what column exactly is throwing this error? If you delete column by column from your dynamic list you should be able to find the problem column.
What database exactly do you use for this column? And which data type ?
Pls also post a screenshot of administration -> system console -> general info. You can use http://imgbb.com for this.
Regards,
Eduardo

Good problem solving approach, thank you Eduardo. The issue was Qty was defined as a Binary Double (Oracle database). When it was cast to number, the issue went away. Thank you again for your help!

Hi amcarolek,
pls note that BINARY_DOUBLE and BINARY_FLOAT will be directly supported in the next 4.6.1 patch version (also in the next 4.5.0-LTS patch version), as we already fixed this bug. Thanks for letting us know.
Regards,
Eduardo

Hi iamcarolek,
this has been fixed in 4.6.1-6096 and 4.5.0-6095, both released today.
Note that BINARY_FLOAT also works now analogously.

Eduardo
