Too many failed login attempt

Hi, i was wondering if the user who have too many failed login attempt, will their account be freeze or their acount will still be the same ? as far as i know the account will still remain and will not be freeze. If i want to activate freezing account after a few failed login attempt, how do i configure it ? Thankyou

4.13.5. Specifying a Password Policy

You can define a threshold on the number of failed login attempts after which a user account is blocked. This is done using <lockoutthreshold>3</lockoutthreshold>. <lockoutresettimeout> 60</lockoutresettimeout> specifies the time after wich automatically locked accounts can be used again.
