I have a lot of different los, the stderr one contains this- is this what you are looking for?

Hi greg johnston,

you can backup your logs, stop your ReportServer, completely delete your logs, then try to start ReportServer again and look what error messages appear in (all) log files of your ReportServer installation.

do you have any other log files in the log directory? I don't see any relevant error message in the logs you posted.

Hi Greg,

Have you used the Installer ".exe" to install the Reportserver on your system or did you perform a manual installation?
How do you start your tomcat/reportserver?

Has something changed lately? Any Windows-Updates that may have done something crazy?

My first try would be: getting the apache and tomcat started ( without the Reportserver ). If they are running correctly... then we need to dive into logfiles.

But as Eduardo mentioned: I also cannot see something strange in those Logs above... SERVICE_CONTROL_INTERROGATE is just "Retrieve updated status information from a service"

Does this solved the problem... reportserver is starting again?

can you tell us which update exactly caused this Problem? You should be able to have an "up to date" system AND use our product

Did you installed reportserver manually? We recommend a manual installation on production enviroment

deleted update (KB5013641) Apache worked. Rebooted and let update reinstall and Apache continues to work.
Used exe to install. Found that difficult enough to config.
