Crystal Reports (Greyed Out)

Hello,

I just downloaded and installed RS 4.5.0-6087 Enterprise Edition (Evaluation) with the intent to test out Crystal Reports functionallity.  However, the Crystal Reports option is greyed out.  I've been through the forum for answers and the only thing that I could find is about CR not available in the Community version, which I have verified I do not have installed.  Is there something I am missing or can someone point me in the right direction to enable CR?
