Move from community to enterprise

Hello,
We wish to try enterprise edition but already have installed community edition. How to "upgrade" to enterprise edition and to keep created reports?

best regards,Milan

Re: Move from community to enterprise

Hi milans,

you can try by copying the reportserverenterprise.jar library into WEB-INF/lib and restarting your tomcat. You can find the reportserverenterprise.jar library in the enterprise evaluation downloads (https://reportserver.net/de/download/).  Please let us know if this works.

Cheers,
Eduardo

Re: Move from community to enterprise

Hi Eduardo,

Thanks for your reply,  I have already replaced entire folder /var/lib/tomcat8/webapps/ROOT and it includes both reportserverenterprise.jar and reportserver.jar files  - but it still reports on server information page "Community Edition (AGPL)".

best regards
Milan

Re: Move from community to enterprise

Hi Milan,

if the reportserverenterprise.jar file exists in your WEB-INF/lib directory, I guess you had initially installed the enterprise trial edition, and the trial period expirated. Please send us your serverid (administration->license management) and your company name so we can extend your trial period.

Regards,
Eduardo
