PDF attached not arriving

Hello,

I have ReportServer 3.0.2.-5855 deployed on a Windows Server 2012 VM, everything seems to be working fine, even the SMTP configuration with Exchange server, when the report is job scheduled i receive the email from the address i specify on the config file but the PDF is not there even if I set the report to be attached in other format. When I execute the report and try to use "SEND-TO" button i have no results neither.

What could be wrong?

Maybe the email account specified is blocking the resend of attachments? (The Exchange server is on the client side, not over my control).
