Problem with Calendar Translation

I have a problem with translating the calendar. Despite changing the default language and updating the translations in the "translation-template.xlsx" file, the names of the months and days are still displayed in English. Has anyone managed to solve this issue, or is there a fix being developed in the code?

Hi  can you give us a more detailed version on how to produce this behavior?
e.g.
1. change conf.cf
2. restart tomcat
3. execute report
4. field xyz shows wrong date

Also of importance are the following informations :
- version of rs
- type of browser
- version of browser
- language of browser
- language of operating system
