Jasper Report doesn't work as expected

Hello

I'm struggling with an issue with the following error

Error: An error occurred during report execution.
The report could not be executed: JRFontNotFoundException: Font "Arial" is not available to the JVM. See the Javadoc for more details.
To get help please contact an administrator.

Even if the font is already there.

I'm sorry for not understand clearly the answer that you provide. Seems that the configuration in the stackoverflow refers to an app being created by the user not the steps needed in report server or jasper studio to fix the issue, can you please share me a more detailed content.

Hi Enrique,

you use probably linux. You have to install mscorefonts in your Linux machine.
Examples of how to do this are shown here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/381 … er-reports
also, in our documentation, we have some information about how to install mscorefonts: https://reportserver.net/en/guides/admi … l-Reports/

Scroll down to the section "Install Microsoft's TrueType core fonts on a Linux-Based ReportServer Installation". Here it is explained how to achieve this.

Already installed in my server and yes is for linux, but the same error is the same after the restart
