I noticed other reports such as JXLS have the option to 'schedule' whereas Groovy scripts do not seem to have such an option. Is it possible to schedule Groovy scripts, and if so how should I go about doing it?
When I try selecting a groovy report when creating a new scheduler job under the Scheduler tab, I get the following error message, which I am not sure how to resolve: "The chosen configuration is invalid."

Hi Johann,
you can schedule script reports analogously as any other report type, so this should not be an issue. You have to first make sure the script report works. Infos on script reports: https://reportserver.net/en/guides/scri … Reporting/

To clarify, I am trying to schedule a report.
The reports I have are working alright, I can set parameters and preview the report. However, it’s just that after selecting the report in the Scheduler, I am unable to click on “Submit”, and if I try to click on “Next” I get the above error message.

could you pls post some screenshots where exactly do you click for scheduling, how is the report configuration, etc? You can use http://imgbb.com for this. Also pls post the exact reportserver version (administration -> system console)
Are you trying to schedule a base report or a variant ?

I have been trying again but am still unable to select Groovy Reports for scheduling. Is there anything else I can try to troubleshoot?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Edit: Issue was that the export format was not set. Once the export format was set, the configuration was accepted and the scheduling worked.
