Hi, I am quite new to this and I am currently making edits to my scripts using an IntelliJ IDE, and have to copy and paste my script each time into ReportServer to see it in action.
Was just wondering, are there any tips or best practices on how to practice version control with ReportServer? For example, is it possible to sync the files/file structure on ReportServer to my local computer and vice versa?

Hi Johann,
you can use the integrated SFTP server for sync. It does not contain version control of course, but this may help with synchronization. Pls take a look here: https://reportserver.net/en/guides/admi … TP-Server/

I have looked at the link, but it does not offer much examples or steps I can follow. I tried looking at the Configuration documentation, but I can't seem to find information related to setting up the SFTP file server: https://reportserver.net/en/guides/config/main/
Are there any other resources I could refer to?

Hi Johann,
pls use the https://reportserver.net/en/ search field in the upper right part of the screen. You can the group by documentation/forum/blog entries. If I search for SFTP there, I find this too: https://reportserver.net/en/guides/conf … roperties/
