Hi,

I want the users of reportserver to access only the reports they are permitted. Can you please give an example of giving permissions only to particular reports for a user?
Also, I am using reportserver reports open after some action in a different application. So, can I give users that permission of accessing(Just view) only some reports without logging in for that scenario?
There can be many users, So can I use this without creating/adding that every users from reportserver side and use only some id s/ groups to give that permission?

So if you set the permissions (only read/execute permissions for the reports/OU/group needed), only these users will be able to access the reports. Details in the above documentation.

7.11.3. Embedding Reports Without Login

Pls note that this works currently for downloading reports (report export) but not yet for viewing reports. So viewing reports without login is not currenty supported. But you can of course create a html export, which should work as well.

you need reportserver-users, but pls note that you can integrate LDAP and other SSO solutions with reportserver. Details here:  https://reportserver.net/en/guides/scri … sing-LDAP/
Other SSO (e.g. CAS SSO, Keycloak) also work.
