ReportServer Migration

Hi,

Does anyone know how to migrate/update from one platform to another (or possibly different OS) ?

Can I zip the whole reportserver folder and deploy to another OS?

Hi Kit,

all ReportServer settings are stored in the database, so no need to worry about local files. Just install the same version of ReportServer on the new server and update your connection setting.

meaning all i need to do is to export out the database and import into the new reportsever?
