User Audit logs

Hi guys,

please assist here,how do I ensure that a removed username does appear in the user audit log.For instance,Thabo logged in on 6th Sept 2019.Username 'Thabo' get removed by mistake and then gets recreated.How do I ensure that 'Thabo' record will appear in the audit log for the 6th Sept and all other Thabo's after that date?
