Object Details - Informationen / Anderungshistorie tab

Dear,

If i login in the demo with user gbondur i see that in the teamspace when i click on a report, right on the screen i only see the preview tab.  The Informationen and Anderungshistorie is not visible.

How to hide these tabs?

Hi,

the tabs are controlled via the config file "/fileserver/etc/ui/urlview.cf". If you change the config be sure to reload the configuration using the terminal command (you open the terminal with CTRL+ALT+T):

config reload

Is it also possible to disable the preview screen (full right section of this screen)?

Be sure to spread the word

In the current version this is not possible. However, we might be able to allow for this with the next version that we plan to release in August. Let me see what I can do.

Hi,

I notice when my report has a parameter with no default value, the 'preview' tab will throw exception. Is there anyway to force user to enter value before the report executed?

Hi,

the latest version (2.2) allows you to completely specify the tabs. In earlier versions the preview tab cannot be removed.
The tabs are controlled via the urlview.cf configuration. For more information have a look at the configuration guide

I have tried to remark the 2 tabs on urlview.cf, but how can i remove the preview tab as well?
