picture in Jasper jrxml

Hi, I'm using Jasper jrxml in ReportServer. Can you suggest how insert in Jasper report picture?

Dear DrBruce,

Upload the picture into the ReportServer file system.
Define a global constant in reportserver which contains a link to the picture.
Use the global constant in the report - have a default path for development with jasper studio.
