How to change Saiku versions in RS?

Hi all,

I have 2 cubes write with mondrian 3.X that work fine with RS3.1 but not in RS3.5.
I have not yet found the application that can help me to rewrite my code with mondrian 4 concept(if someone can help, now I use schemaworkench).

Now I want to upgrade to RS3.1 >>>>> RS3.5 but want to downgrade saiku version in my RS3.5 to be able to use my cube while waiting write my xml in Mondrian 4.

Is it possible? if yes, how can I proceed to do it in RS?

Help me please!

Re: How to change Saiku versions in RS?

Hi El Palacio,

it is not possible to downgrade Mondrian 4 to 3 in ReportServer 3.0.5. Mondrian 4 is used since ReportServer 3.0.3, check the release notes: https://reportserver.net/releasenotes/RS3.0.3.html

The upgrade to Mondrian 4 must be done manually. There seems to be a tool that may help with the upgrade: https://github.com/Kyligence/kylin-mond … rader.java
I raised ticket RS-3320 for this. Maybe we can support this automatic process, but I cannot promise.

Regards,
Eduardo
