Suggestions to have Save Button on Dashboard

It is better, if there is a save button on dashboard as anyone who can access the dashboard with editing privileges can change the alignment and it will be saved automatically and no way to revert it back.

what dashboards exactly do you mean? Dashboards in the library or the personal dashboards? Can you please post some screenshots?
