Reports continues delivery

Could you, please, suggest deployment approach for report server using automated deployment?
I tried to use import-export of reports, but it's manual, and I cannot update existing reports, because on the import they are duplicating.

Dear asmirnov,
we are working on automated deployment but have to create some prerequisites first. Until then micro deployment is (i.e. replacement of single reports) manual work. Thus said there is different types of replacement:

1) Birt, Jasper, Jxls and Crystal: just replace the defining file
2) Mondrian: Replace Cube Definition
3) Dynamic list: Replace query and Metadata Query

Consequently you have to resolve the conflicts that come with it: Introduce possible new parameters, fix possible conflicts in dependent report variants and so on.
We are aware of the situation and we are working on a solution to facilitate deployment to be available some time next year.
