I cannot add script parameters in Dynamic lists. This option is disabled. Could you, please advice, how to enable it.

scripts are only enabled in reportserver enterprise edition. Which edition are you using? For a comparison check here: https://reportserver.net/en/pricing/ and scroll down to the enterprise edition.
