Why Report Server is required ?

Hi All,

I am planning to integrate web application with Report Server Community Edition , after doing research on the web I have short listed the below tools :-

1    BIRT
2    Jaspersoft Community
3    Pentaho Community Edition
4    Report Server Community Edition
5    SpagoBI

One of the major concern that  the tool should provide are as follow :-

1  Easily Integration with the web Application ( Java Based).
2  Should support new Technologies.
3  Must have an active Community .
4  Should provide Active Support.
5  Should be light weighted.

Request you to please help me those the product as i have heard many good things about Report Server. Waiting for your concern

it sounds as if reportserver community Edition is a good choice for you. It is simple to use and offers a lot of features, check: https://reportserver.net/en/pricing/ and scroll down for a comparison of the available EE and CE Editions. Your requirements are unspecific, pls. check yourself with our documentation (https://reportserver.net/en/documentation/) whether the details suit you.

Of course we support the community Edition via the forum, e.g. we try to answer posts timely. This should not be confounded with the active support for the RS enterprise Edition via our support portal. It depends on your requirements unknown to us if the forum is fine for you.
