Wish: Config Reload Button

It would be really helpful, if the component `Administration->File Server` had a button, to reload the configuration.

Currently, after changing a configuration setting, you have to open ReportServer's terminal (Ctrl-Alt-T), and type the command `config reload`. This is very hard to discover, and easy to forget. Especially for users who only occasionally administrate ReportServer.

Therefore a prominent button to reload the configuration would be really helpful.
