Manually Created User Login Issue

Hi All,

I have created a user manually from GUI. But when I try to login with the newly created user I am getting ‘Login Failed’ error.

Please help me.

Hi,

your user is probably just missing the necessary permission to access ReportServer.

In Administation → Permission management check the ReportServer Access permission.
