Do You consider integrating jxls2 in report server (changing obsolete jxls library since it is limited to xls, 65k rows, no Cyrillic or utf-8 support )?

I think we will look into integrating the new version somewhat next year. As there were some major changes and we need to make sure existing templates still work, I can’t be more specific.
Maybe you can even use the old library for now: At least some of the things you listed (65k rows, xlsx) already work with the currently used version.
