How can I create my own theme? Or do I have to make changes in the existing theme in the theme.cf file?
Mainly I want to customize the execution view window.

you can not customize it as described in the link, as this is an enterprise feature.
What graphics exactly are you talking about ?
For icons we use the font-awsome library http://fontawesome.io/
You can also check the “war/resources” directory and the “resources” directory in the internal file system.
