Crystal Report Parameters (Range Date and Combobox)

How I can get this on ReportServer.
From crystal reports I have created a couple of parameters, that CrystalreportViewer read in automatic way.

My Windows App Read Directly CR Parameters

But in ReportServer looks like this

Hi,

there is no range parameter in ReportServer. just use two date parameter “date start” and “date end” instead.
To get a combobox, use the “Datasource Parameter”
